That's the printer losing track of label gaps. Run 'Auto detect' (media sensor calibration) in the Troubleshoot menu — it fixes most cases. Also check the media type (gap/continuous/black-mark) matches your stock.

Yes! Advanced settings offer left/right margins and a vertical offset in millimeters — use a negative value to pull printing upward.
