ZPL from GoodLabel Designer's XT3-40 (ZPL, 203dpi) is the spec sheet's BPL-Z (ZPL II) emulation; the emulation menu ships set to AUTO.
BixolonBixolon XT3-43 label printerLabels sent to the XT3-43 from GoodLabel Designer are limited to 1,000mm long; the printer accepts up to 2,000mm. It is the 300dpi model of Bixolon's compact industrial XT3 series (max 6ips, 105.7mm print width); density on thick media is set with the printer menu and head pressure knobs.
BixolonBixolon XT5-40 label printerThe XT5-40 is a Bixolon 4-inch industrial 203dpi printer running up to 14ips (356mm/s), with a 104mm print width, 4,000mm labels and Gigabit Ethernet as standard. Per the spec sheet it supports BPL-Z (ZPL II) for GoodLabel Designer's XT5-40 entry; its emulation menu has auto and BPL-D.
BixolonBixolon XT5-43 label printerOn the XT5-43, peeler, cutter, rewinder and GPIO line integration are set in the printer menu; the print data from GoodLabel Designer's XT5-43 (ZPL, 300dpi) is the same regardless of options. It is Bixolon's XT5-series 300dpi model: max 10ips, 105.7mm print width, 2,500mm labels.

GodexGodex G500 label printerThe Godex G500 is a 4-inch thermal transfer and direct thermal printer: 203dpi, up to 108mm wide and 1,727mm per label. The G500 (EZPL, 203dpi) entry in GoodLabel Designer sends EZPL directly, without a driver; print method (^AD/^AT) and label size (^W/^Q) go on a job's first label and are stored.
GodexGodex G530 label printerThe Godex G530 is the 300dpi G500 series model, printing 12 dots per mm, also sold in packages with 30, 35 and 40mm care labels and 40mm care ribbon. In the G530 (EZPL, 300dpi) entry of GoodLabel Designer, strip width is set with ^W30 to ^W40, and strip rolls with Continuous media and Feed length.
GodexGodex NB010 label printerThe Godex NB010 is a 203dpi thermal transfer and direct thermal printer with a single USB port, and the GoodLabel Designer driver guide links a dedicated NB010-series driver. The designer's NB010 entry is EZPL, 203dpi, so the resolution is set automatically when you choose the model.
GodexGodex RT700i label printerThe Godex RT700i is a 203dpi desktop printer with a color LCD and a C (calibration) button: up to 177mm/s, with USB, RS-232, Ethernet and USB host. With GoodLabel Designer's RT700i (EZPL, 203dpi) entry, commands override LCD density and speed; sensor selection and offsets stay as set on the LCD.
GodexGodex RT730i label printerThe Godex RT730i has the RT700i's LCD and ports with a 300dpi head, printing up to 105.7mm wide and 762mm per label at 127mm per second. Choose the RT730i (EZPL, 300dpi) entry in GoodLabel Designer and the resolution is fixed automatically; a 60x40mm label is drawn 709 dots wide.
GodexGodex ZX1200i label printerThe Godex ZX1200i is a 203dpi industrial printer with a 3.2-inch touch LCD and a metal body. It prints at 254mm per second, up to 4,572mm per label, and takes 8-inch rolls and 450m ribbons. Its ZX1200i (EZPL, 203dpi) entry in GoodLabel Designer sends the same EZPL as desktop Godex models.
GodexGodex ZX1300i label printerThe Godex ZX1300i is the 300dpi industrial model of the ZX1000i series, printing up to 105.7mm wide and 2,159mm per label at 177mm per second, with user-set ribbon tension and head pressure. Choose the ZX1300i (EZPL, 300dpi) entry in GoodLabel Designer and the resolution is fixed automatically.
HoneywellHoneywell PC42E-T label printerThe PC42E-T is Honeywell's 4-inch desktop thermal transfer printer succeeding the PC42T, for ink-side-out ribbons on 1-inch and 0.5-inch cores. GoodLabel Designer v3.3.22 prints the PC42e as a DPL entry via the Windows driver, so the Designer's print method, media and density fields do not apply.
HoneywellHoneywell PD45 label printerThe PD45 is Honeywell's industrial 4-inch printer that loads the roll and ribbon through a side door. It comes as the LED PD4500B or the LCD and Ethernet PD4500C, in 203dpi and 300dpi variants. In GoodLabel Designer, select the ZPL entry PD45 and set the printer command language to ZSim to print.
HoneywellHoneywell PM45 label printerThe PM45 is Honeywell's mid-range industrial 4-inch printer, printing up to 350mm per second at 203dpi, as the PM45A in 203dpi and 300dpi variants. GoodLabel Designer prints to it as the ZPL entry PM45; before the first label, check its status with Print button calibration and the icon LED colors.
HoneywellHoneywell PX45 label printerThe PX45 is Honeywell's 4-inch industrial printer succeeding the PX4ie, in 203dpi, 300dpi and 406dpi peel-off/rewinder variants. ToshibaToshiba B-EX4T1 label printerThe Toshiba B-EX4T1 is a 4-inch industrial printer with a near-edge head: 203dpi (GS) and 305dpi (TS) heads print up to 355.6mm/s; it takes 800m ribbons and 200mm OD rolls on a 76.2mm core. In GoodLabel Designer's B-EX4T1 (TPCL) entry, click 203 (GS) or 300 DPI (TS); print via the Toshiba driver.
ToshibaToshiba B-EX4T2 label printerThe Toshiba B-EX4T2 is a 4-inch industrial printer that takes 203dpi (GS), 300dpi (TS) or 600dpi (HS) heads on one body, with 600m ribbons; the HS accepts a label pitch up to 500mm. ToshibaToshiba B-EX6T1 label printerThe Toshiba B-EX6T1 is a 6-inch industrial printer that prints 159.9mm wide on media 50-165mm wide including liner. The variant sold is the 305dpi TS model, taking 55-170mm edge-head ribbons. Click 300 DPI in the B-EX6T1 (TPCL) entry of GoodLabel Designer to design 150mm wide labels at full size.
ToshibaToshiba B-FV4D label printerThe Toshiba B-FV4D is a 1.76kg direct thermal 4-inch printer whose 203dpi head prints 108mm wide at 152.4mm/s; it remembers the sensor used in the last job. Choose the B-FV4D-GS14 (TPCL, 203dpi) entry in GoodLabel Designer; resolution is set automatically; print via the Toshiba driver.
ToshibaToshiba B-FV4T label printerThe Toshiba B-FV4T is a 4-inch desktop printer that switches between thermal transfer and direct thermal by ribbon presence, sold as GS (203dpi) and TS (300dpi). GoodLabel Designer lists TS14=203 and GH14=300, the reverse of Toshiba's documents, so choose GS14 for GS and GH14 (300 DPI) for TS.
ToshibaToshiba BA420T label printerThe Toshiba BA420T is a plastic-body 4-inch printer whose plug-in head swaps between 203dpi (GS12) and 300dpi (TS12); it takes 60-110mm wide, 450m ribbons. It is not listed in GoodLabel Designer, so choose a Toshiba entry with the same DPI button, such as BV420D; it uses TPCL via the Toshiba driver.

ToshibaToshiba BV420T label printerThe Toshiba BV420T is a 4-inch thermal transfer and direct thermal printer with 3 lights and 2 buttons, no LCD: up to 177.8mm/s at 203dpi and 127mm/s at 300dpi. It is not listed in GoodLabel Designer, so choose the BV420D entry (TPCL, 203/300 DPI) and set thermal transfer in the Toshiba driver.
TSCTSC DA220 label printerThe TSC DA220 is a TSPL printer that prints on direct thermal media only, without a ribbon, so in GoodLabel Designer select the model DA220 (203 dpi) and set the print method to Direct thermal. Choose the media type for 19–114 mm media, a gap of 2 mm or more and a black mark 16 mm or wider.
TSCTSC DH240 label printerThe TSC DH240 is a 203 dpi direct-thermal-only desktop printer that also takes linerless rolls. It is not listed by name in GoodLabel Designer, so select DA220, a direct-thermal-only TSPL 203 dpi entry, and set linerless rolls with Continuous media and the printer's Print Mode.
TSCTSC MB240T label printerThe MB240T is a TSC 203 dpi light industrial printer with a die-cast mechanism in a 248×274×436 mm, 9.2 kg body. GoodLabel Designer has no MB series entry, so select MH240, a TSPL 203 dpi entry; the panel speed scale of 1–10 is the same as the Designer's Speed field.
TSCTSC MH241 label printerThe MH241 is not listed by name in GoodLabel Designer v3.3.22, so the 203 dpi TSC industrial MH241 prints with MH240, the same TSPL 203 dpi entry. Speed and density saved on the panel are overridden by the Designer's Print window settings, and the printer accepts 20–114 mm media and 600 m ribbons.
TSCTSC MH341 label printerThe MH341 is the 300 dpi model in the TSC MH241 series, printing 12 dots per mm. GoodLabel Designer has no MH341 entry, so select MH340, a 300 dpi TSPL entry; if you select a 203 or 600 entry, the printed image shrinks to about 68% or doubles in size.
TSCTSC TE200 label printerThe TSC TE200 prints at the same 203 dpi, 152.4 mm/s and 108 mm print width as the TE210, but has a single USB 2.0 port and no real-time clock or peel-off/cutter options. In GoodLabel Designer it is the model TE200 (TSPL, 203 dpi), and the PC sends the label size and gap as commands over USB.
TSCTSC TE210 label printerTo print to a TSC TE210 with GoodLabel Designer, select the model TE210 and resolution 203; the label size, gap and print method in Printer settings are sent as TSPL commands (SIZE, GAP, SET RIBBON). It takes ribbons 40–110 mm wide with the ink side out and media 20–112 mm wide.
TSCTSC TE310 label printerSet the TSC TE310 to the GoodLabel Designer model TE310 (TSPL, 300 DPI) and labels are sent at about 11.8 dots per mm; set to a 203 dpi entry by mistake, the image prints shrunk to about 68%. The print width is 105.7 mm, and the peel-off module takes labels 25.4–152.4 mm high.
TSCTSC TH240 label printerThe TSC TH240 is not in the GoodLabel Designer list, so print with TE210, a TSPL 203 dpi model that supports both methods. When alternating ribbon and direct thermal labels, choose the print method yourself; use labels with under 6 mm of right liner margin and 40–110 mm ribbons, coated side out.
TSCTSC TTP-247 label printerThe TSC TTP-247 is a 203 dpi printer that detects the loaded ribbon to choose thermal transfer or direct thermal. With 'Printer settings' as the GoodLabel Designer print method it follows that choice; Direct thermal or Thermal transfer sends SET RIBBON. Media 20–112 mm, ribbons 40–110 mm (300 m).
TSCTSC TTP-345 label printerThe TSC TTP-345 is a TSPL printer with a 300 dpi (12 dots/mm) head in the same body as the TTP-247; selecting the model TTP-345 in GoodLabel Designer sets the resolution to 300. The print width is 106 mm, the max speed is 127 mm/s, and the media and ribbon conditions are the same as the TTP-247.
TSCTSC TTP-384MT label printerThe TSC TTP-384MT is a 300 dpi industrial printer that prints up to 219.5 mm wide on media 101.6–241.3 mm wide, registered in GoodLabel Designer as the TSPL model TTP-384MT. It takes ribbons 110–254 mm wide and up to 600 m long, and print modes such as the cutter are set on the printer panel.
TSCTSC TX210 label printer203 mm per second, a 108 mm print width and 25,400 mm per label are unique to the TX210 among the three TSC TX series models, suiting it to high volumes of 100×150 mm shipping labels. Select the GoodLabel Designer model TX210 (TSPL, 203 dpi), then set only the print method and media type.
TSCTSC TX310 label printerWith a dot size of about 0.085 mm (300 dpi), the TSC TX310 prints small text and barcodes more finely than the TX210, but its top speed is 152 mm/s and its print width 106 mm. Select TX310 (TSPL, 300 dpi) in GoodLabel Designer and labels are sent as bitmaps at about 11.8 dots per mm.
TSCTSC TX610 label printerGoodLabel Designer draws labels for the TSC TX610 (TSPL, 600 dpi) as bitmaps at about 23.6 dots per mm, so one 50×30 mm label is about 105 KB. Copies of the same label are sent once and the printer repeats them, and sensor calibration can also be done from the standard 3.5-inch LCD menu.
ZebraZebra GK420d label printerThe GK420d is a Zebra direct-thermal-only desktop printer with fixed sensors that prints 19–108 mm wide labels at up to 127 mm/s. Both the USB variant and the USB + Ethernet (GK420E) variant are set up in GoodLabel Designer as the GK420D (ZPL, 203 dpi) model.
ZebraZebra GT800 label printerThe GT800 is a Zebra 4-inch thermal transfer and direct thermal printer that takes only ink-side-out ribbons, sold as a 203 dpi unit in USB-only and USB + RS232 variants. Its 3-position switch adds 3 or 6 steps to the density (~SD) GoodLabel Designer sends, so set both together.
ZebraZebra ZD230D label printerThe ZD230D is a Zebra 4-inch 203 dpi printer that prints only direct thermal labels without a ribbon, offered alongside the newer ZD230DA and the thermal transfer ZD230TA as variants. In GoodLabel Designer, selecting Direct thermal on the ZD230 model sends ^MTD together with the media type command.
ZebraZebra ZD230DA label printerThe ZD230DA is the newer Zebra direct thermal only model, with a fixed gap sensor and a black mark sensor that moves only from the media center to the left. In GoodLabel Designer, select the ZD230 model to set Direct thermal and the media type; for black mark rolls, Detect black mark sends ~JC.
ZebraZebra ZD230T label printerThe ZD230T is the standard thermal transfer model of the Zebra ZD230, taking 74 m and 300 m ribbons; in the store it is listed after the newer ZD230TA. Non-Zebra 300 m ribbons go on the included adapter (width 33–110 mm), and in GoodLabel Designer, Thermal transfer on the ZD230 model sends ^MTT.
ZebraZebra ZD230TA label printerThe ZD230TA is the newer ZD230 thermal transfer model with a ribbon sensor, a center-to-left black mark sensor and auto-switching to other printer languages. GoodLabel wax ribbon 300M is confirmed for width only: measure core and roll OD on your roll and choose a variant wider than the label roll.
ZebraZebra ZD421T label printerThe ZD421T is a Zebra 4-inch thermal transfer printer for ribbon rolls, in 203 dpi and 300 dpi variants. In GoodLabel Designer, select ZD421 in the model list and set Thermal transfer or Direct thermal and gap or black mark in Printer settings; they are sent together as ZPL commands.
ZebraZebra ZT231 label printerThe ZT231 is a Zebra 4-inch industrial printer (203/300 dpi) with touch menus for darkness, label type and media handling. GoodLabel Designer overrides density, speed, media type and print method (unless "Printer settings") by command, not media handling, so only the output mode is set on the unit.
ZebraZebra ZT411 label printerThe ZT411 is a Zebra 4-inch industrial printer sold as separate 203, 300 and 600 dpi units and peel-off/rewinder units. The ZT411 model in GoodLabel Designer offers all three resolutions; output modes such as peel-off and rewind are not in the commands, so set them in the unit's Media Handling menu.
ZebraZebra ZT421 label printerThis page covers the Zebra 6-inch ZT421: rolls narrower than 51 mm including the liner go to the ZT411, and for rolls over 110 mm check the ribbon width first. In GoodLabel Designer, 168 mm fits as ^PW1344 at 203 dpi; at 300 dpi enter 167.9 mm or less to stay within the 1984-dot limit.
ZebraZebra ZT610 label printerThe ZT610 is a Zebra ZT6 4-inch industrial printer; its 600 dpi unit prints labels as short as 3 mm in tear-off and rewind, and it accepts only ZPL and ZPL II. Usable resolution and output mode combinations depend on label height; pick 203, 300 or 600 DPI on the ZT610 model in GoodLabel Designer.
ZebraZebra ZT620 label printerFitting a cutter to the ZT620 lowers the upper media thickness limit to 0.18 mm, so sites that use thick tags decide the output mode first. The ZT620 model in GoodLabel Designer has 203 and 300 DPI buttons, and a single piece of continuous media is set within the Designer's 1000 mm height limit.
Good LabelGoodLabel 4B-2054NS direct thermal label printerThe GoodLabel 4B-2054NS is a direct thermal only 4-inch printer driven by GoodLabel Designer in TSPL; the Gap length field value goes into the GAP command as is. GoodLabel 4B-2054NS, W-4B-2054NS and Xprinter 4B-2054N in the model list are all TSPL at 203 dpi, so each sends the same commands.

Ribbons
- ITW레진 리본ITWITW resin ribbon 300MA resin-grade thermal transfer ribbon for synthetic labels such as silver matte, PET and clear, 300M long in 8 widths from 40 to 110mm. Wound ink side out, it needs more heat than wax and wax/resin, so in the GoodLabel Designer Print window raise density one step at a time above ZPL 21 or TSPL 11.
- ITW왁스 리본ITWITW wax ribbonA wax-grade ribbon for thermal transfer printing on paper labels such as art paper. 74M comes in 60, 80 and 100mm widths and 300M in 8 widths from 40 to 110mm; 300M rolls are wound ink side out. For YUPO labels exposed to scratches or chemicals, the 300M wax/resin and resin grades fit.
- ITW왁스레진 리본ITWITW wax/resin ribbon 300MA wax/resin (W/R) 300M ribbon, the middle thermal transfer grade, listed for YUPO in its name, in 8 widths from 40 to 110mm. Per Zebra 6100, it resists scratches and chemicals on coated paper and matte synthetics, so use it instead of wax for YUPO labels rubbed or exposed to water or detergent.

This one ribbon prints 30, 35 and 40mm fabrics, and as marked Out Side on the roll end, it is wound ink side out. By length, 2 ribbon rolls match 3 rolls of 200M fabric.
